ObGyn - Hospitalist/Laborist

VeloSource has an OB Hospitalist/Laborist Opportunity - Montgomery, AL

Program Details

• Shift Length: 24 Hours (Start time = 8:00am CST)
• Hospitalists to Provide GYN Coverage: only for emergent cases
• First Assist Available to the Hospitalists: surgical techs
• Backup Available to the Hospitalists: OB/GYN ED Call

Hospital Details

• NICU Level: III
• Total Hospital Deliveries (annually.): 3,696
• Estimated Deliveries for Hospitalists (annually): 300
• Estimated Patient Encounters for Hospitalists (not including deliveries) (monthly): 541
• MFM: telehealth
• In-house Anesthesia

REQUIREMENTS:

• 100-200 Deliveries in last 2 years
• 25-50 GYN visits annually
• No record of discipline by any medical organization
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology or the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Clinical Interview Not required
