Winners were announced yesterday at the SIA Executive Forum North America Conference, categorized based on location and number of internal employees — five in North America, two in the UK and two in Ireland.

Internal employees were asked to complete an online survey that measured key engagement categories, focusing on items including teamwork, trust in senior leaders, diversity and inclusion, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.
